HA! I won't use Heinz cuz Teresa Heinz is a whack job who played a part in our having Bushie a second term, LOL

(Okay- kidding there, a little bit )

I use ketchup on my buffalo and beefalo burgers, and I had some with the couple of fries I stole from hubby friday night (and OMG they were the best tasting fries ever and we made the waitress remove that particular plate as neither of us needed them, lol) but a bottle of ketchup will actually go bad on us long before we can use it up.

I buy reduced sugar heinz, but I have no problem using regular old ketchup too.

I don't really consume condiments in such quantities that the calories/sugar are a major concern (similar to how I'm not counting the calories from a spray or two of olive oil in the pan when cooking a piece of fish).

I also use organic ketchup. I like my eggs, roasted chicken and salmon with ketchup. Don't ask...I just do.

Mmmmm....tuna!

As for the tuna thing. Since surgery I am addicted to mixing a lil tuna in my cottage cheese with a sprinkle of Anyway protein, and peper. SUPER YUMMY. If I want a lil change I toss in some chopped tomato, asparagus (sp?), and/or olives.
that is the grossest thing I have ever heard.
