No. But the Jello Instant SF pudding (made with Silk light soy milk) with protein powder was a mainstay for me early out.

I made up a whole packet with 2 scoops of Syntrax Nectar Protein Powder and just dipped into it all day.

A vanilla protein powder (whey protein isolate like Syntrax, Unjury etc.) was the best - it went with anything - cheesecake, banana cream, chocolate fudge and white chocolate were my favourites.

Each half cup (approx) was:

120 calories
12.5g carbs
...3g sygars
14.5g protein
