Question Am I Eating To much???

know Im eating to many carbs but now Im not sure what to do to stop myself. Things I enjoy eating are
corn chex cereal.....once or twice a week 1 cup
doritos....small bag for snack twice a week
Cashew nuts....a handful once or twice a day
Whole wheat bread, pasta, or rice two or three times a week
fudge scicles Sf ( not carbs) but I love them ... nightly
fried fish on occasions maybe twice a month
Murrays ginger snaps 5 cookies two or three times a week

I eat my proteins and vegetables daily as well as drink 8 oz of milk I love bottled green tea. Not much on water but try to drink at least 2 12 oz bottles of water each day and 2 12 oz bottles of diet green tea.

Just started excersizing on a regular basic. I have a lot of loose skin and know I need to tone more. I am now Getting in 3-4 miles per day walking with a little toning. Really going to bump the toning up in the next few weeks. I am taking bariactric vitamins; calcium; vitamin b12; potassium and 1 blood pressure med per drs. orders.

I am now 8 months out and other than a few quirks I have been doing great. People are begining to ask how much more weight do I plan to lose. I just say my body will let me know when it wants to stop, I have lost about 112 lbs in 8 months and now in a size 10 for the most part.

Just wanted everyones opinions about the carbs. Right now the only problem I seem to have is blood pressure hovering around 130 - 140/ 65-85 and potassium count was low. Potassium will be rechecked at the end of next month.

As in the past, thanks for all your help. You guys have made my journey so much easier. Thanks again

I'd say you might need to review some of what you're eating, seems like a lot of beige food - (carbs) but you'd do better to hear from some of the vets. on this forum, so good luck and hopefully someone will come up with some advice.

a handful here and a handful there kinda sounds like you're playing fast and loose with numbers.

track your food, measure everything, and see what you're looking at in terms of calories for an average day.
