Default Outstanding Recipe Book - WLS Friendly

I got my copy of Hungry Girl 200 under 200 - 200 recipes under 200 calories from Amazon: Amazon.com: Hungry Girl: 200 Under 200: 200 Recipes Under 200 Calories (9780312556174): Lisa Lillien: Books

I wish I'd had this book from day one.

Most are recipes for 1 and it gives the nutritional breakdown.

As we speak, DH is chowing down on "dan's snazzy green pepper pizza". You can find this and other recipes here: Hungry Girl: 200 Under 200: 200 ... - Google Books

This book gets full marks from me.

Sue,

I've searched but I can't find ChoirSparkle's thread about this book.

Can you point me in the right direction please.

she doesnt have a recipe thread but she a thread about her iron issue..which she stated what she is eating on a daily basis- I think this book would be good for her cause they are not too complex and some easy recipes...

Ah!

I posted as a follow-on from the thread Hungry-Girl

I'm so impressed with this book that I'd like it to have it's own thread - it's suitable for all WLS people past the puree phase. But I'll post a link on Mel's thread. You're right, it might help her.

Thanks, Corrine. I'm one of those people who needs to have something like this because I'm not the most creative person in the kitchen with my food. Since it is mostly just me anymore, this sounds perfect for me starting out!

Just saying Hi Beth. Another Texan here. I LOVE Round Rock. I always have to stop at the outlet while on my way to Austin.

Ordered this today from Amazon. I don't cook. Period. Time to learn, though.
