I love Boca burgers! So, every now and than I treat myself to a patty melt. I use Orow-Wheats (?) low carb. wheat bread, 75% low fat cheese I find at Trader Joes (melts really good) I grill a piece of onion while cooking the Boca. Grill the sandwich till the cheese melts. Add a salad and enjoy! ( I can only eat 1/2 of the sandwich, I save the other half for a later meal)

Cool! I was just telling my husband how much I missed a Patty Melt! This is a great idea and in a few weeks I am gonna try it! Thanks for sharing this !
