Default Questions about eating meals

I have a question. I don't know if I'm doing my eating right. I eat 3 mealsd(if you can call them meals) a day with a snack in mid morning and a snack at night. Should I try not to snack?

In the beginning, I was told to eat four to six times per day. I am now 11 months out and I still eat four or five times most days. I think it's whatever works for you. What matters is how many calories you're consuming over the course of the day. Since I'm eating four or five times a day, obviously I'm not eating that many calories at any one meal. If I was going to be eating meals with more calories, I would have to eat fewer meals per day.

I had surgery 9-28-09. I know my snacks are sugar free but I haven't checked the calories. I will tomorrow.
Thanks ya'll

At two weeks out, I imagine you are eating really tiny amounts. I doubt you're getting too many calories.
