Default all-in-one bariatric vitamins

There are a couple of brands of vitamins marketed to bariatric patients as all-in-one vitamins. They tell you to take four a day and that that will give you all the vitamins, minerals, calcium, and iron you need. You won't need to take anything else. The problem is that that's really not true.

I wrote reviews of a couple of these brands and thought I would post links to the reviews here, in case anyone is interested.

Since the Iron and Calcium can not be taken together (interact) and B12 does not get absorbed sufficiently by mouth, a bariatric "all in one" vitamin is pretty impossible.

It would be nice if there was one. I am too young to have a pill box!!

Thanks for the links.

It is impossible. But the companies that make them tell you they work, of course. And there are doctors and dieticians out there recommending them for some strange reason.
