Hey hun you may want to be careful with this unless you are getting the sugar free kind. The regular has 19g of sugar in a half cup serving which is alot!

I cannot find the sugar free here so I either use the DaVinci sugar free Chai syrup or I make my own by brewing a really strong pot of tea and sweetening it with Splenda.

NM I just caught the one carb thing so it has to be the sugar free kind

Default Redundant y'know

Chai in Hindi means Tea.

So saying Chai Tea is like saying "Tea Tea".

from my storehouse of useless trivia.
