Kel honey I know you posted about this pizza you make but, I can not find it for the life of me. Hubby is cravin pizza but, I want him to have a healthier version and yours sounded so yummy.

Okay.. I assume you mean the crustless pizza that I mentioned before.

I take a non stick pan and spray it with garlic flavored pam.

sprinkle pizza seasonings on the pan. layer seven or eight turkey pepperoni slices in the pan and cook for a couple minutes till warm..

top with grated cheese.. I prefer a combo mix of low fat mozzarella and low fat cheddar. Cook till the cheese is all melty and bubbly... flip till the cheese is nice and browned... roll up and then serve with a bowl of warmed up low sugar tomato sauce. I like Muir Glen Cabernet sauce best.

I pretty much did that recipe the other day for DH's supper but I used 1/4 cup of egg beaters as the base (did it in a small omelette pan).

Slung everything on top once the omelette was made and shoved it under the broiler until all bubbly.

He really loved it - maybe he'll stop bitchen about the lack of pizza now! lol

Oh.. I do want to note that this was not my original idea.. someone else suggested variations of this here on TT

It's a good idea, though and delicious!
