Default Todays yummy "hash"

Charlie's "hash"

Since I'm only eating about a quarter cup of food at a time the veggies come out to be 1 mushroom, 2 small black olives and 2 slices of squash.

Spray a small pan with Pam olive oil n garlic

Dice mushroom, olives and squash.
Cook veggies over med heat til soft.
Dig out a lil hole in the center of the veggies and crack a med egg in there
Sprinkle cheese on top and season to taste
Put the lid on for 45 seconds (or until the egg is cooked the way you like)
If I'm feelin kinda spicy I top with a lil salsa

Serve

That's the beauty of it....you can do it anytime at all. For dinner I do the same thing but, instead of the egg I'll put a lil canned chicken in there.
