The only heat stable protein that I know of is called "Any Whey" by Optimum Nutrition and I find it at Amazon.

I think Unjury is considered heat stable. It says on their website not to mix it in liquids hotter than 130 degrees, so you don't want to boil it, but you should be able to put it in warm foods.

The Any Whey says it's okay for baking or adding to hot beverages so it is a bit more heat stable than the unjury. I've added it to things like my <decaf> coffee, and to chili and muffins and whatnot.

I use 1000% any whey from GNC. Stable at 140 when I use it in my coffee drink

That is the one I mentioned above.. it's slightly cheaper at amazon.com though.
Amazon.com: 100% Any Whey Protein 2.7 lbs: Health & Personal Care

.68 cents per serving at amazon and .71 cents at bariatric advantage
