Personally, Im a fan of spinach. I like mine with lots of hot sauce and a little cornbread sprinkled in... yum. Thats soulfood right there! haha

Recently at Costco I picked up a pint of spinach and herb hummus and it's excellent on crackers. I love eating spinach salad too, but it's rare that I eat it cooked (unless it's in hummus of course, lol).
