I should add, for the tuna recipe, 1 whole serving is a little too much for me so adjust accordingly.

I bought the stuff to make some recently but haven't gotten around to it yet. And then my partner ate my tomatoes over the weekend, so now I have to buy more. I haven't had any in a long time, since before my surgery, but I used to really like it so I hope I still do.

I buy the bulk stuff from WinCo, its a dry mix that slightly resembles Italian Breadcrumbs. I use...

1c. Tabouli Mix
1 Large Tomatoe
Cucumber
Cilantro
Green Onions
Artichoke hearts
Black Olives
1c. Cold water
1/4c. Olive Oil

You just cut up your add ins and mix all of it together in a medium bowl, then pop it in the fridge for about an hour. It is so good! And refreshing during the hot summers, or for a light feeling dinner.

The texture of it is a bit like, well...sand! Cous Cous is close but not quite. My husband and my kids wont touch it because they dont like the texture.
