Default what are your favorite healthy breads post-op?

or bread substitutes!

I've been trying out new things for the past couple months to use to make sandwiches with (don't get me wrong, I have no problem just eating a simple meat/cheese roll-up at home, but it gets a bit awkward when I need to eat lunch at work and I hate when I'm bringing something back to my desk from the kitchen and I get the "wtf is that" stank face. lol).

finally found something that I genuinely like and isn't just good enough... arnold's bakery carb counting bread

1 slice
60 calories
1.5g fat
0mg cholesterol
130mg sodium
9g total carb (3g fiber, 6g net)
5g protein

toast a slice till it's nice and crunchy, cut it in half (or have an open-face sandwich), throw on 2-3 slices of meat, half a slice of cheese, and some mustard and I'm set for a sandwich that actually tastes good.

I've got to look into that bread...but I'm afraid it would go back before I could use the whole loaf.

But my alternative to bread is using a low-carb tortilla (50-80 calories) for making sandwiches; add cheese and your choice of meat and microwave just to warm up the tortilla...yummy!

If I'm gonna have bread I tend to use the Arnold sandwich thins, pretty good and 1 rool has about 100 cal and some protein but I tend to eat 1/2 at a time when I do have it.
