Default Glucosamine and Chondroitin For Joint Pain

I'm having some issues with my knees and was looking into some of the products that contain Glucosomine and Chondroitin. Here are a few:

Exomine
Phosoplex
Osteo Bi-Flex
Shiff Move Free

I was reading some of the reviews, and one of the potential side effect is diarrhea (on the Move Free...ironically). Anyway, I do not need any new problems so I was curious if anyone had any experience with these products.

Thanks

Jim,

I was taking these pre WLS for knee and hip pain and they worked well with no side-effects: NSI Glucosamine Chondroitin and MSM -- 120 Capsules - Vitacost

I continued to take them post-op - still no side effects but they seemed to have stopped giving me any relief.

I've tried other combinations/strengths but it looks as if I'll have to be using something stronger from the doc.
