Default Protein Samples

OK, have to admit I am having a hard time with this part and being a vegetarian, I have to get used to having protein shakes, but the one pro performance I got at GNC was NASTY,

So I followed your advice and got some samples from vitalady today,

People were talking about the fuzzy navel with some flavor of crystal light??
I got the fruit punch necture and roadside lemonaide then I got Optimum Performance vanilla ice cream, Isoflex Allmax vanilla. Any ideas on what I can do with these to make them more edible?? Hubby said he would sit and try them with me....would love to hear what you guys have found!!

My favorite protein shake is 8 ounces of skim milk, one packet of general foods international vanilla latte mix, one scoop of vanilla protein powder, and a few ice cubes. Just blend it all up in the blender. It's yummy.

Sometimes I make an orange shake with 8 ounces of skim milk, one packet of sugar free vanilla instant breakfast, one single serving packet of orange crystal lite, and one scoop of vanilla protein powder. It's good, too.

I've done a pina colada shake with coconut milk, frozen pineapple, and vanilla protein powder. I've done one with yogurt, skim milk, and frozen berries, and of course protein powder.

You can find some good protein shake recipes on theworldaccordingtoeggface.
