My gym and my personal trainer completely 100% rely on them (now i do too, i could totally sell these things!) I bought mine at the gym for 300$ this is what it is bodybugg i'm addicted to it! i just burned about 500 calories at the gym with the trainer and doing some cardio and really what my trainer wants is for me to burn like 6-700 at the gym so now i know i need to step it up at the gym! i LOVE my bugg

Here's mine for today, Thursday April 30. I'm 11 months out.

Let me say that I learned something the HARD way today....always read labels carefully before eating/drinking!

A few days ago, I bought 2 bottles of sugar free cappuccino. Well, at least I thought it was sugar free. It turns out that one bottle was, and one bottle wasn't. I had the sugar free cappuccino a couple of days ago, and really enjoyed it. This morning, I grabbed the other one out of the fridge and drank it in the car while driving.

I started thinking that I could probably make this stuff myself, rather than buying it already made. So, when I stopped at a red light, I started reading the ingredients to see what was in it. I had a huge shock when I saw the one of the main ingredients was sugar! It was at that moment that I realized that I had accidentally bought the regular variety...not the sugar free one.

By this time, I had already swigged the entire bottle...there was only about 1 ounce left. At the next red light, I kept reading and saw that I'd just drank 50 grams of sugar!

A few minutes later, I got to work and sat at my desk, just waiting to get sick. About 45 minutes later, I made a mad dash for the bathroom. Let's just say that I'm glad that I was the only person in there! I'm very lucky that it was over with pretty quickly...other than having an upset stomach most of the morning. My pouch is made of cast iron, and I'm sure that worked out in my favor today.

Anyway...I promise to always look twice in the future, before eating or drinking.

For the first time since surgery, I made it over 100 grams of protein. Woohoo for me! Now, if I could just bump the calories..

Snack:
Frigo Light string cheese, 1 stick

Lunch:
2 oz roasted turkey breast

Dinner:
Nectar shake

Snack:
2 oz roasted turkey breast and another Frigo Light string cheese, 1 stick.

Stats:

Cholest 97mg
Sodium 606mg

Sugars 0g
Fiber 0g
Protein 105g

Here's mind for today, Sunday May 3rd. I'm 11 months out. This was a bit of a odd day for me...I rarely drink protein shakes anymore, but today I had 2 of them. I'd much rather get my protein through real food, but that didn't happen today.

Breakfast:
1/8 loaf homemade Carbquik Banana Bread (So good! Absolutely no protein and 202 calories, but 15 grams of fiber...which I need sometimes. )
3/4 oz Kraft Neufchatel 1/3 Less Fat Philadelphia Cream Cheese

Morning snack:
1/8 loaf homemade Carbquik Banana Bread
3/4 oz Kraft Neufchatel 1/3 Less Fat Philadelphia Cream Cheese

Lunch:
5 oz Tyson Beef Tips In Gravy (ick!)
5 Frito Lay GAMESA Barras de CoCo Coconut Cookies (For my husband's lunch...I need to have him hide them from me!)

Afternoon snack:
Protein shake made from,
1 cup So Delicious Coconut Milk (original)
1/2 cup Great Value 1% lowfat cottage cheese
1 scoop BSN Lean Dessert Protein Chocolate Fudge Pudding
2 T PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter
Handful of ice

Dinner:
Protein shake made from,
1 cup V8 Splash Diet Berry Blend
1 scoop Optimum Nutrition Any Whey Protein Powder
Handful of ice

Evening snack:
4 baby carrots

Totals:
1,262 calories
63g fat
315mg cholesterol
1,986mg sodium
105g carbs
35g sugar
33g fiber
77g protein

No cal, no caffeine liquids: 64 oz
Vitamins: yes, but forgot one dose of calcium
Exercise: can I count cleaning out my closet for several hours?
