I bought mine at Nuggets (regular grocery store around here) located in the jerky/sunflower seeds area.

Oh, the wasabi stuff was H-O-T!! Won't by that flavor again...

I need to thank Jumbo Julie for mentioning this stuff here on TT. I'd never heard of it before then.

I looked for it at my local stores and couldn't find it, so I ended up ordering a case from Amazon. Julie did mention that it's available at Costco, but I don't have a membership to go there.

A 1/4 cup of it has 130 calories, only 4 grams of fat, only 10 grams of carbs, 8 grams of fiber, and a whopping 14 grams of protein.

They are crunchy, and just a bit salty (although a salt free variety is also available). They kind of remind me of nuts, although the taste is different.

I've been craving crunchy stuff lately, so this is a great thing for me to eat, and helps me to get my protein in.
I wanna thank Julie too! I got some, and it's awesome!

Try this place. It's only 2.99 a bag. Feng Shui Edamame

I saw it at Big Lot's recently for $1.29 or $1.39 for a 4 ounce bag...same price as Amazon, but you don't have to buy a case of it.

Default Seapoint Farms Edamame

This is a specific brand, but it seems to be the one that's most often found.

Here's their website, which also provides local store locations where the products can be found...

Soybeans, Edamame Products from Seapoint Farms

Julie........I want to say THANK YOU too!! I love my roasted soy nuts!! I sprinkle them on everything!! They are really good on salads as I miss a "crunch" mostly and like you, I like something a bit salty as well. I so appreciate you sharing this little treasure with us.

Just a FYI....

Soy nuts and edamame are not the same thing. Soy nuts taste better IMO, but the edamame has better nutritional stats.

Thats that brand that I ordered (a case) from Amazon.com. Also, I saw that brand at Big Lots recently.

Well darn!! I thought I was eating the same thing since Edamame is Soybeans.........I thought it was close enough. The protein was the same in the ones I bought........I will have to go back to Costco and look for the true Edamame. Thanks for the clarification. BUT, I do love the soy nuts!!

I still haven't found that brand anywhere locally.. and I really don't want to buy a whole case if I don't like them.. I've spent soo much money on protein that I just don't like
