Default Hungry

I'm hungry. One of my best friends just was married a few hours ago. The reception just ended. I am stuck alone in the hotel room while everyone else is getting smashed at the bar down the street. AND I'm hungry. I really feel hungry. All that I can think about is how much I would love a grilled cheese sandwich, some tomato soup and a piece of chocolate. I don't understand why I feel so hungry right now.

Default Emotional eating

I don't think it's n emotional thing. I am actually very happy, I just feel stuck in the hotel because I really could kill for some skim milk, a piece of cheese, or a protein shake.... none of which i have here.

Default food

I am stuck on an island in Rhode Island. I brought food but my pickings are slim at this point. So- I just raided the lil kitchenette in the lobby. They had orange tea AND.... drumroll... Cream of Wheat! I am so thankful they set up the comp breakfast packets tonight. The Cream of Wheat is amazing and I feel a lot better.

The bride and groom have late night snacks available but I can't eat any of them...
