I can so tell your nut is so in this to really help people as you are. So many nuts are worried about copyright this and that. I am so glad that you are around here to help us all out and that your nut is so great to let you post all of this for us. Wow, I'm allowed to eat chicken, beans, and eggs one week out of surgery. Man do these surgeons and nuts have different diets.

Yes, they do and you should always follow the recommendations of your surgeon. But for someone who maybe isn't getting much direction I thought these would be helpful.
