My nut actually suggested popcorn for a low calorie snack if I was craving something salty and crunchy. No protein, but I'm getting my protein in so that's not a big deal. I get the 100 calorie packs in both butter and kettle corn and they are delicious! Also very easy on my pouch. I was like 8 or 10 months out before I did this, however, so I don't know how the earlier pre-ops would handle it.
