Breakfast: 1 scoop Isopure Low Carb Protein Powder.

Mid-Morning: 1/2 cup All-Bran (Extra Fiber) with Activia Lite Yogurt.

Lunch: 1 cup homemade Carrot Curry Soup (thick and chunky).

Snack: 1 scoop Isopure and 1oz LiveActive 2% cheese

Dinner: 4.7oz baked salmon with salad (dark leaf stuff, celery, toms, yellow pepper, grated carrot).

Snack: 2.5 Sunsweet Prunes

102oz liquid
963 calories
21g fat (20%)
110g carbs (34%)

Breakfast: In the Zone Protein Bar (little over 1 oz)

Lunch: One bag (1.35 oz) Fig Newton Bars

Dinner: 5 mini pancakes (about 10g each) w/cream cheese and raisins

I also had a string cheese, but I don't remember when.

Breakfast: Planters Daybrek Blend Berry Almond Trail Mix and Cheese Stick
Lunch: 3 oz. tuna w/ 1 tsp of miracle whip and sweet relish, 4 Kashi 7 grain Stoneground crackers
Snack: Kashi Granola Bar and cheese stick
Dinner: varies every day Protein-Veggie-Starch
Before Bed: Unjury Protein Shake with Skim Milk

I eat just about the same thing everyday with the exception of dinner which varies due to circumstance

C Garcia, what is a fig newton bar? I think of the cookie and can i ask why your eating pancakes? I thought that stuff was unhealthy? Just curious
