April 10th (2008) surgery date:

Breakfast 7:00:
2oz cottage cheese w/1oz peaches (these are canned sugar free peaches)

Snack Morning:
String Cheese (low fat light Frigo brand)

Lunch: 2 oz salmon 1oz grilled asparagus

Afternoon Snack:
2 oz sliced lunch meat style turkey (Oscar Meyer roasted turkey)

Dinner:
2 oz Shrimp and 1oz grilled aspargus

After dinner snack:
Sugar free popcicle

Surgery 2/9/04

Drinks: Vitamin water and pepsi

Bkfast (never skip it, ever) Yogurt (Dannon light and Fit) and piece of fruit.

Snack: Pretzels

Lunch: garden salad and more fruit

Dinner: Rest of lunch

Yogurt is 40 calories. I consume approx 500-600 cals a day. I just dont get hungry much.

surgery date 5/8/08

Breakfast = 1oz Frigo string cheese
Lunch = 2 oz tomato soup w/ tbs. shredded cheese
Dinner = 1 oz sweet potato + 1 oz cottage cheese
