- Add non-fat powdered milk or a protein supplement of your choice to any liquid or pureed food (cottage cheese, soup, yogurt, hot cereal, Sugar freeCarnation Instant Breakfast (4g. protein per packet)
- Not all protein supplements found in health food stores or convienece stores are apppropriate. Some contain too many carbohydrates.

When you get further out, fish and seafood is the best way to go. Low fat, no carbs, and lots of protein for 2-3 ounce servings. Most seafood have around 20 g protein per serving.
I have tried all types of powders. No matter how well I mix it in, it still tastes like grit to me.

You call your bank, and get a copy of the check. If they don't have a copy of the check, request proof of payment for that check.
With that in hand, you can demand that they give you your product, or refund your money.
If not, its time to see Wapner...yeah....deffinately Wapner.

What about Judge Judy? I think Judge Wapner died. My doc says he is going to help because he insisted that I use that brand. I have already sent a copy of the check to no avail!

Judge Judy is the bomb my husband said he had a dream about her not to long ago. said he was helping her move, they were packing boxes and he said there was no dialog between them, they just glanced at one another every once in a while, but he said there was no words spoken. lol how weird!
