Yep, it's not exceptionally diet friendly but I still love it. It kept me from being tempted with a coworkers candy express obsession.

My other trick to appease my sweet tooth is kool aid and splenda. I have a nalgene bottle and add a packed of kool aid and a packet of splenda. it's 32 ounces of liquid heaven. I wonder if that will cause dumping?

I adore their lemonade too. Every Thursday is 'Chick-Fil-A day' at work, come hell or high water. They make an exception and deliver for us, since our order is so big, lol. If I were on death row and had to choose my last meal, I'd seriously consider Chick-Fil-A, lol. Yeah, it would probably lose out to something fancier, but it would definitely be a contender.

Regarding the kool aid and splenda, I think I'd be a bit concerned about the acid levels in the kool aid...so be careful with the flavor, and maybe dilute it more than the normal 32 ounces. From what I've read, Splenda seems to be good with almost everyone (but be careful with the big bags of Splenda...some of that is mixed with sugar, read the label carefully.) That being said, I'm kicking myself for never thinking about doing this! I have a nalgene bottle sitting on my desk right now, and other than using those little packets of Crystal Light in it occasionally, I've never ventured over to the dark side, lol.

I love this board...I keep getting great ideas!

p.s. I like your new avatar...now we all know what you look like. <joke>

I'm usually a Crystal Light girl, but if I am at Wendy's for Chili or a salad, I will often have one of their light lemonades. A large only has 15 calories.
