Default Does Night time eating make you fat?

My friend Judy sent me this article today and I found it an interesting read. Thought I would share.

Default Good research

Thanks, Beth! I found this very interesting and confirms what I've read before about night eating and actual studies on it - no link between night eating and weight gain - it's about total calories consumed and activity level, overall. Yet, I've seen here postings about eating 'late' and how that will keep people from their goal... I don't know... I think I'd rely on the research.

Hugs,
Kimberly

I have to eat about an hour before bed. My pouchie gets too hungry if I don't have something..sometimes even during the night if I am up. Of course, I can't eat this food without counting it in my daily food.

Beth.....we are crazy...look at our avatars! Didn't even know you had the bear until I had mine...the Canadian Bear!

Default I do it

I eat before bed.... why?

I want my metabolism working while I rest.
Also, my pouch isnt "sticky" and I get food down easier in the morning.

I chose light foods, like string cheese, almonds, yogurt, fresh homemade salsa & tortilla chips... things along those lines. I stay away from sugary foods.

Pssssst.....I love ya Beth!
