Default something i saw on biggest loser.....

i saw this made on biggest loser but i changed an ingredient.....i made it last night and even my kids loved it!!!!!

boneless, skinless chicken strips
yellow squash
purple onions
marinara sauce
olive oil <<<< i used some olive oil i bought with spices mixed in it

cut the chicken into small pieces and cook it in the olive oil
when the chicken is mostly done, add the squash and onions cut up

just cook until everything is good and cooked...veggies soft

add marinara sauce and mix it all together..........that's it!!!!

it was really good and i was shocked when my son even ate it!!!!! he never eats anything i cook
