Thumbs up Syntrax Nectar Protein - Excellent

I just received my second order if Syntrax Nectar Protein, Another Excellent Purchase. The only one I really have not loved is the Cappucino. The Fuzzy Naval, Caribbean Cooler, Lemonade are all excellent. I get 51 grams of protein at one sitting with about 280 calories. I am using 2 scoops of protein powder, 8 oz of water, some crushed ice, 1 yoplait yogurt low fat you choose the flavor, and 2 heaping tspns of flax seed. Mix in the magic bullet and voila - 51 grams of sweet tasting liquid protein love. Yummo.

I love nectar too. I like the Crystal Sky, Carribean Cooler and Fuzzy Naval, but I just mix 1.5 scoops with water. I throw in a couple ice cubes in my travel mug for breakfast. It is just about the only thing I can stomach first thing in the morning.

I also have the apple ecstasy, but it tastes like apple flavored stadium nacho cheese to me , so I don't use that one very much

How do you get all that in your Magic Bullet? My pre-op diet is 8 oz water and a packet of protein powder... by the time I "whip" it up in my MB... it's pretty full!!! Can't imagine adding yogurt...

can you drink all that at one sitting???

k

PS: Enjoyed the peek at Omaha during American Idol tonight... LOL!

I drink it over about 30 minutes and I use the big cups. It works.

Not grainey or powdery at all. You can mix it with water and stir with a spoon and it mixes. Great stuff.

My order is coming today for the Nectar Twisted Cherry. I am hoping that flavor is good.

I ordered it off amazon.com. However the above address is cheaper than what I paid.

I also found a website just now that sells it for $25.99. My nutritionist recommended that site. Too bad I didn't think of it till now.
