Default Have any of U heard of this?

http://www.i-shophere.biz/order-form.html
I was surfin the net and came across this site. I thought of all you who have had the surgery. They have a chicke broth with 15 grams of protein.
Anyway dont know if this is helpful or not.

Hey Danette! I'm off liquids now and I never want broth again, but that is great info for pre-op's and those just a few days out. I guess it would be good in recipes too. I'll have to check it out! Great info!

I figure, save your money as the liquid phase is short for the average post-op. And it'll be a long time before you'll ever want broth again!

You can do it! I know you can! You can have other stuff too. I drank a lot of crystal light. It comes in a million different flavors. I like the Lime the best, but the fruit punch is good too. Except, since you can't use a straw you'll end up with a red mustache! My hubby laughed at me everyday!

No straw for a few weeks. Using a straw creates too much air intake, which will make you hurt if it stretches the pouch. The jello phase is short. I was on it for only 3 days. You'll hardly feel like eating anyways and have to force your self to drink stuff. You can do it!

While at the store the other day, i noticed that Chick Broth really does not have a lot of protein in it. The most is saw was 3 grams per serving. That is really not a whole lot. Why do they have you post-ops drinking it? Anyway i figured if your going to have to drink it, it might as well have more than 3 grams of protein. So it looked like a good thing for post-opers. I might get some for just trying to lose some weight.
Does any one know of any broths with more protein in it, that you can buy from a regular store?
