1) Ok here it goes again...I bought VIACTIV chewables many months ago, way before surgery...maybe even expired

but anyways, they are 500+D+K per 1 chewable, now per chewable they are 20 calories, 4g of carbs, 3 g sugar, vit D 100IU, vit K 40mcg, calcium 500mg. Thoughts anyone?
2) Anyone taking extra vit C? If so, how much?
3) What are the best times of the day to take B12, and other vitamins? If there is such thing as "best time of the day."
By the way...the VIACTIV is expired. lol. (12/04) Should I buy more? I much prefer chewable...I am tired of popping pills
