I suggest you get "Weight Loss Surgery for Dummies" book... there are food suggestions in there, and should help you with other concerns... Your surgeon should have you working with a Nutritionist... he/she will help you create a list of proteins you can handle as a non-cook - and make you feel better about your future eating habits.
