Thumbs up FitDay.com - Great Website!

I used to use WebMD's Diet and Fitness Log until they closed it over a year ago. I find online journals to be easier for me to keep up, and I just found a new one that looks as if it will work great. It's www.fitday.com and it's free. You put in your info, and it automatically counts all of your nutritional intake, as wll as provides a place to record your exercise, weight, goals, journal, and a calendar.

I kind of felt like I was only getting about 500 calories a day, and not quite sure if I was hitting my protein minimum. After entering the last few day's worth of eating, I was right - an average of 550 calories a day, and approx. 35 grams of protein. I need to get myself in gear!

Talking Fitday

I use fit day also. It is very easy and I love the little reports it gives. It also lets me know if I am eating off track.
