Thumbs up great protein shake!

Howdy y'all! I had to share what I tried today. As some of you may or may not know, protein shakes really havent agreed with me since day one.... I just hate the way they make me feel, they feel like this big lump of somethin' hanging out in my pouch... usually gag trying to swallow it, Im sure MANY of you can relate. BUT, I had bought a big ol can of Adkins Advatage Vanilla Protein Powder... it was on sale at BIG LOTS and I figured, what the heck.... anyways today I broke it open and mixed it with Crytal Light Sunrise Orange... thank you Sandi for piquing my interest in finally trying your favorite flavor of Crystal Light... well I mixed 14 oz of that with 4 scoops of the powder and blended with ice and it tasted JUST LIKE AN ORANGE JULIUS! It was sooooo good! It was a double serving, and so in total it was 4 grams sugar, 4 grams alcohol sugar and 28 grams of protein! Woo hoo! I just wanted to share this delicious drink with ya... give it a try, you wont regret it!

That sounds like a great idea with the Crystal Light Sunrise Orange.
I have the Pro-Rated Vanilla protein drink from Cost Co, I will try it with
that. Thanks for the idea!

Ok my stomach is growling! Sounds wonderful! I got the pack of samples from obesityeating.com and so far I had banana/strawberry and it was so good. I was mixed with non-fat milk. I never thought of using non-fat milk, I thought they were only mixed with H20?
