Default What did you eat Yesterday? or Today?

Yesterday I ate;

11:00am lean cusine 220 cal.
12:30 snack 2 sugar free chocolate covered nut clusters

somewhere in here; Grande 2 pump 2% iced mocha from Starbucks

2:00 1/2 c. tofu salad from Sprouts and 3-5 soy crisps
3:00 the other 1/2 c. of my tofu salad. (i was on the go)

5:00pm appitizer ham & creamcheese roll-ups (equal to one piece of deli ham and 2 tsp. creamcheese)

6:30 dinner 1 chicken enchilada, tbsp. beans

desert! eek (a rarity, we were having a Stanley Cup party, Go Ducks!) 1 hot chewy chocolate chip cookie straight from the oven!

Well, yesterday was my first day on pureed foods. So my diet was

9am breakfast: Cottage Cheese
water, water, water
11am: Vanilla Protein shake with 1/4 of a bannana mixed in
water water water
1pm: lunch egg paste (it would have been egg salad, but after having been pureed, it was more like a paste)
water, water, water
3pm: snack sf jello
water water water
7pm: dinner: I pureed the vegetable mixture that ususally goes in a PF Chiangs lettuce wraps appetizer
water water water
9pm: chocolate bananna protein shake

Well, I'm a bit farther out than some, but here's what I had today...

breakfast-one bowl hiprotein cereal-with small amount of skim milk
coffee/creamer

lunch-eat and park chil with saltines

kelloggs snack bar

dinner-soy crisps

Body Fortress protein shake

Lunch-small Wendy's chili
Propel water
another Carmel Machiatto
Dinner-to be determined...but it will be some piece of meat w/veggies
and more water will be consumed .....

Breakfast - 2 pieces turkey bacon and 1 egg
Lunch - 1/2 of a small Wendy's chili
power bar
1 cup of skim milk and 8-9 baked Lay's potato chips
Supper - probably a chicken tender, grilled and a small salad
and of course, lots of water, water, water

Breakfast: 1 egg and 1 slice of turkey bacon
Brunch: 2oz chicken, 1/4 cup spaghetti sauce
Lunch: 2oz chicken, 1/4 cup spaghetti sauce
Supper: Hawaiian bbq chicken and 1 scrambled egg
Dinner: 2 oz chicken and 2 oz nuked sweet potatoe

80oz of Smart Water mixed with Hydration Crystal Lite (attempting to replace my lost electrolytes from a bout of diarrhea over the weekend)

snack 1 piece string cheese
dinner 1/2C pasta salad

1 vitamin water and 3C light lemonade
1 protien vial 25G


Today

Breakfast 1 string cheese
Lunch 1/3 lean cuisine salmon pasta
Dinner 1/2C cottage cheese
Snack ??? I need to add something

2 protien vials = 50G
Ice tea lots of it

Lunch-Lean Pocket-pizza flavor-
snack-1 serving beef jerky
Dinner-1 pulled pork sandwich-didn't set too well, I can't do bread without getting a belly ache
snack-1 small sf, ff ice cream cone-threw half of it away.

1/4 cup Kraft fat free shredded mozarella cheese melted on top
1 slice of 98% fat free canadian-style bacon

Lunch - 1 leaf of lettuce, chopped
1/2 cup of fajita style chicken, diced

Dinner - 2 cheese croquettes
1 stuffed cassava(w/ meat)

Snacks - 1 tall Starbucks Frappucino(Java Chip Light)
