Default South Beach Diet- Southwest Chicken Salad

OMGoodness!! I just had this for lunch and it is AWESOME!!!
It's the South Beach Diet - Santa Fe Style - Chicken Salad Kit

It is the perfact size for a post opper -10+ months out. It's chicken chunks, cheese, chipotle sauce with Chipotle Lime Flavored Pita Chips to dip it with. Included is SF Jello! Excellent size meal, not too big, not to small...(not everyone will be able to eat it all...) all with 240 calories and 29 grams of Protein!!!

Sorry, just wanted to post my glowing review...this will be in my fridge for those times when I need a QUICK meal!! really GOOD

I tried some South beach stuff a while back and wasn't impressed with the quality of the meats. My motto is "no rubber, no slime", and they all seemed to be grissly or fatty. Maybe I should revisit the salad because it does ound yummy
