Default Hamburger Patty

I ate a whole patty tonight with cheese. I had to eat it in shifts but I am so proud that I got it all in. I am trying to work on my protein.

Hey I had my first patty yesterdayjust plain and it was G_R_E_A_T!!! It was from a place who does Charbroiled and man was it tasty! I think maybe with onions and mustard it might of been better but it was delicious! Now if I just have one once in awhile! Chili is still my fav! Good luck!

You can eat red meat already? I couldn't or i didn't eat red meat until i was about 4 or 5 months post-op. Congrats. It feels good when you get all your needed protein in.
