Question Coffee and weight loss

Ok I am not saying that this is true but I thought I would pass on the info and see what ya all have to say about it.

I was at the gym today and my trainer told me that different blood types do better with coffee than others. A blood types actually need coffee process the food you take in and will help your weight loss. B blood types do badly with coffee and it can hinder your weight loss.

Now remember my trainer said this not me. Anyone ever hear about this seem kinda weird

Holly I have never heard of it either but it is good information to look into. Did he say where he found these findings?

He didnt say anything about that. I am A+ and the girl I was with was B- so we just talked about them.

I have no idea where he got it. He could have pulled it out of his butt

Default very interesting

That could explain why I never lost weight....even when I was lifting weights! Just for information I am going to check out that blood type diet book and see what we can learn...I hate coffee but used to love it with baileys hehehehe.

Yesterday at work one of my "Cube-mates" asked if I had ever heard of the Blood Type Diet.. I hadn't. Then this post! I just asked her what her blood type was, because she doesnt drink coffee.. and.. its B-!!!

Wow... kinda makes you think!

Yep - the Blood Type Diet - my mom was on this and it really worked for her - she didn't have a weight problem, but never really felt right (you know - with energy etc) that she should have after eating. She swears by it now. I never actually read the book, so i cannot say what it says about coffee...
