Yep, I am a B+ too and NO ONE is taking away my Starbucks! I have cut it down to 1 a day again though...my gift cards have almost run out and I can't afford 2-3 a day and still have my maid!

Is it the caffeine or the coffee itself that is the problem with some blood types? I am B+ and drink alot of coffee but it is decaf. I used to drink regular until surgery but am strictly decaf now. I am interested to know if anyone has heard anything about this. Thanks!

Seems like a strange adaptation that any blood type would NEED caffeine to be able to process food. I'm no biologist but that strikes me odd.

I was at the gym today and my trainer told me that different blood types do better with coffee than others. A blood types actually need coffee process the food you take in and will help your weight loss. B blood types do badly with coffee and it can hinder your weight loss.

Now remember my trainer said this not me. Anyone ever hear about this seem kinda weird
hmm very interesting.
