So that explains it!!! Being an A+, I guess I was just made to love coffee. I don't know if it is true or not, but I sure like "factoids" that tell me what I want to hear!!

I have the book here somewhere at home. My mom has them in her nutrition store. Funny this was brought up because my mom is only like 5 to 10 pounds overweight (Or she thinks she is anyway) and she started this diet for her blood type, which is 0- (mine too) and she has dropped 10 pounds in 10 days. She was so excited about it when she called me this morning. She read off all sorts of things that we can and cannot have for our blood type and I didn't like some of the things that I was hearing since I can't eat alot of meat and get alot of protein from beans (pintos, etc) because it says I do not need to eat them. But alot of the other stuff was pretty right on track for what I felt I needed to stay away from like breads and starchy veggies, etc. I called her and asked her about coffee and she said it says no caffeine for 0-, so I assume as long as it is decaf we can have it. She said if any of you want the book for your blood type to let me know and I can give you her store and cell phone # and she will ship to you.

Well I don't know but I'm A+, rarely drink coffee (I don't really like it) and I think I'm losing pretty good without it.
