Default Deer jerky time

I have had some luck with the early hunting season and I have my first batch of jerky in the dehydrator.

I fell in love with the Jack Daniels sauce at TGI Friday's and found this
recipe on line

http://www.topsecretrecipes.com/reci...=100&agree=yes

This is what I used to marinated the jerky meat

Let you know how it turns out.

Are you selling a few batches...no deer season here in So Cal
