I found a snack that's not sweet, but still a treat for me. It's OS-Trim "beef and ostrich snacks" Did you love Slim Jims, or beef jerky? Well, here's a high protein low fat lower sodium version of a Slim Jim.

The barbeque flavor has 80 calories, 1.5 grams of fat and a whopping 14 grams for protein.

I usually have two a day.....those plus my protein drinks and I've met my protein requirements even before the healthy dinner and the peanuts I snack on!
