I think someone said in a thread here before that you can get different flavors at Starbucks but you have to ask for it because they keep it behind the counter. It's worth a shot to ask.

I am just sooo addicted to Starbucks that I was worried the other brands wouldn't taste the same. But I will give them a try! Chrissy also told me about a vanilla creamer she found at the grocery store, so I am going to try that too.

Default Sugar-free syrup

Smart and final sells all the falvors of SF Torani syrup in their store. They are between 3.99 and 5.99, depending on sales. Cost Plus has them too, but more expensive. I have chocolate, raspberry and Irish Creme at home now-I like the raspberry best at present. Buy the pump tops, too to make it easy to pour the right amount. Yum.

Once I stop drinking it, I get constipated, I want to munch on some thing all day, and gain weight. I think it's the pumpkin they put in it that helps me. I also drink the NF, sugar-free Carmel Macchiato, about 150 cal less than the pumpkin spice latte. Being in control at all times is hard! I am trying to do Taebo to burn most of the calories, I am also trying to walk/run. For me it's worth all that exercise for the drink.
