Default Dannon Light and Fit Crave Control Yogurt
Hey everyone. I just found a coupon on Sunday's paper for a new Dannon Light and Fit yogurt called Crave Control. It's made with Splenda.
70 calories, 0 fat, 11 gram of carbs, 3 grams fiber, 7 grams of protien.

I tried the vanilla one..not too bad.

I also cut out the coupon. I haven't looked for it in the market though.

Mmmmm sounds good. I haven't had yogurt since...well, it has got to be at least a year now.

What's the sugar/sugar alcohol content? I have to be VERY careful of that as sugar/sugar alcohol are my enemies. I have to stay under a cumulative 10%.
