Question Protein Powder Brownies

I heard a girl in my doctors office talking about the protein powder brownies she makes. Anyone heard of this?

Haven't heard of them...but is sounds good. Maybe too much sugar in the brownies unless they have Splenda in them or something?

I do know that you can buy the bulk protein powder at Henry's market although I have not tried it.

No never heard of them. How many grams of sugar and protein? If they are low in sugar and high in protein ask your friend where do I place my order...lol

Cooking with protein powder is tricky. If not done right, they come out hard and chaulky or the the protein gets overheated ad turns ino a brick...icky!

2g of protein contitutes a "protein brownie"? sounds like an incidental ammount. Especially when compared to the carbs and calories in there.

I only asked since I have a few packages of chocolate and peanutbutter flavor powders. Trying to be creative in the use so they don't go to waste.
