Smile Protein

Protein is always good for an energy boost. Also Apples are as well. Hope you find something that works for you. Personally until about 3 months out I had NO energy at all.. regardless. I was just pooped from the surgeries.

Good luck

Lordy,

I am SOOO glad you said that. I have more energy, but that isn't saying that much. I wasn't gonna say anything because I was afraid I was like an exception or something! Now I feel better. Okay, a little better. Today is my 1 month anniversary and I am having trouble keeping WATER down! EEKS. Oh well, there is only up from here!

Regular activity helps too. You don't have to have a 60 minute workout each day to benefit from routine activity. Pick up a few hobbies, do the chores, go for a walk, dance a little, just move in every little way you can.
