Thank you for what you said, it wa so nice to hear that. I haven't really had to much of a chance to get on, but I have missed being here. How have you been since your surgery? I have been pretty good. I have had a few downs, but not many. I got on the scale today and I am down from 270 to 224. I hope you are doing good with your weight. Im sorry if I didn' t reply to a message you sent me, for some reason I don't remember getting one. Do they delete them after a while if you haven't signed on? Anyway I hope to hear from you soon.
