Hi all, I'm new coming back to the board. I had my surgury in Aug. 2005. I have only lost 140 lbs.. I have plattoued at 220 for the past year. It is time for me to jump back on the wagon again and get this traim moving.
I am a travel agent and I am going on a cruise in April. I would really like to be under 200 lbs before the cruise. My ultimate goal is 150 lbs. My doctor wanted me at 130 but this has to be about me and what I am comfortable with. I will do back over flips at 150.
Ok, so I have altered my diet and started exercising again. So far I have lst 2 lbs this week. Wah hoooooooooo. I am on my way. I even found a friend to go to the gym with. She might turn out to be my biggest handicape. She isa single mom and an emotional eatter. But she always has my back. Wish me luck.
