Question Exercise Section?

Do you think we can get an exercise section? Currently, everyone's lumping exercise into the other sections, but it would be nice to have one place to go where people can post tips, tricks, and events coming up.

Thank you!

Question exercise

Ok I have a couple of questions... "without the use of a trainer" how do I know if I am doing the right exercises? and how do I know what is effective for me? Everyone is different and require different trainning, so how do I know what works for me? *ALSO* How do I know if what I am doing is building muscle? I want to be fit, and I think this surgery would be a waist of everyones time effort and money if I don't do what is expected, Sooooo where do I begin?
