My Serum 25(OH)D Level (Vitamin D) has dropped a little (to 46) and that's despite taking 6,000IU/daily of dryform D3 during the summer and 8,000IU the rest of the time. I'll have to bump that up.

My iron has dropped dramatically from 100 to 42ug/dL and my saturation has dropped again to a low 14. So - I'll increase the Carbonyl and add a Polysaccharide-150 twice a week.

The biggest shock was my cholesterol - for the past 18 months it's been optimal.

It's now at 203 (high). A year ago it was 157.

My LDL is high although my HDL is good. I need to cut back on my cheese consumption I guess! lol

Anyway - this just goes to show that we can't drpp our guard.

Hey all. I've had this problem for a while now but am just getting around to posting about it. Every now and then I'll get what feels almost exactly like a gallbladder attack but my gallbladder was removed almost a year ago. Its that intense pain which almost feels like really painful gas in the stomach, and can sometimes extend around your back. I once went to the ER for it back in April and they did a scan, but it showed no leaks, lesions, blockages, etc. The ER doc said it was just stomach pain. The 'attacks' can last anywhere from 4-12 hours. Then they just sort of magically disappear. I've never had a fever or felt fluish/sick with them, so that leads me to believe its nothing serious like appendicitis. And sometimes they will come on after I've had vegetables, but that's not always the case.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Any thoughts? Preferably not alarming ones?? :S

My bypass will be 2 years out next month, but also my doctor does the little cilastic band sewn in so that its impossible to have the GB stretch any i'm wondering if that band is why i cant eat more then the 2 bites? (i'm not complaining at all but wondering why now after so long)
