Default Stability ball workout....

I had to post my praises on the stability ball exercises. I have not been able to do my weightlifting like I would like due to some bulging disc issues I am having. But I feel so bad when I don't workout....not to mention all this lose skin I have and no muscle tone. So I got an exercise ball and started doing a lot of stretching and then I started doing a lot of core and lower body exercises and I have to say....I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!! And my back pain seem so much better. This is something you can do at home, watching TV if you wanted. I personally like to get my laptop out and go through youtube videos of workouts. There are ton's of videos to give you idea's! So for $20 or under...you can have a great work-out at home. Plus a few sets of dumbbells (optional).

Are you using a particular video with your ball? Could you maybe post an Amazon link so we can check out the one you're using?
